Lesson 5 of 7 · ~3 min

Keywords first, stories later

Good readers don't recite meanings from memory — they build a short story from a few keywords and the position the card landed in.

Process:

  1. Name the position out loud ("Present").
  2. Note 2–3 keywords from the card ("transition, letting go, release").
  3. Link the two in a sentence ("I'm in the middle of letting go of something I've outgrown.").
  4. Then ask: Does that land? Sit with the answer before moving on.

This is why the card pages on this site lead with keywords — they're the hooks. The narrative comes from you.
