These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TarotMeaning.org and related services (the “Service”), operated by Infinite Consciousness LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TarotMeaning.org provides tarot readings, astrology charts, numerology reports, destiny-matrix interpretations, and related learning content. Some features are free; others require a subscription or one-off purchase. Content generated by the Service — including AI-assisted interpretations — is provided for reflection, entertainment, and personal insight.

2. Not professional advice

Readings, charts, and reports are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Decisions affecting your health, finances, relationships, or legal status should be made with the help of qualified professionals. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
  • Provide accurate information. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

4. Payments and subscriptions

  • Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) at the then-current rate until you cancel.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription purchases. Contact us within 7 days of the initial charge and we will refund it in full. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable but you may cancel to stop future billing. One-off digital purchases (e.g. downloadable guides) are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass rate limits or security controls.
  • Resell, redistribute, or offer the Service or its output commercially without written permission.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, is defamatory, or violates privacy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, code, and branding, is owned by Infinite Consciousness LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Readings and interpretations generated for you are yours to keep and share for personal use; everything else (the software, the database, the card artwork, curriculum, and editorial content) remains ours.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of interpretations, or uninterrupted availability.

Interpretive nature. Tarot, astrology (Western and Vedic), numerology, destiny-matrix, and any other symbolic-system content offered by the Service are traditional symbolic systems for self-reflection — not empirical science, not predictive forecasting, and not personalised professional counsel. Readings express archetypal patterns and classical correspondences; they do not establish facts about your life, future events, other people, or the world. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make in light of a reading.

Astronomical calculations. Birth charts, transits, dashas, Sade Sati windows, divisional charts, and similar computed outputs are produced using publicly-documented astronomical algorithms (VSOP87, Meeus formulae, and standard ayanamsa offsets) bundled in open-source libraries. Accuracy is sufficient for symbolic interpretation but is not represented as suitable for navigation, surveying, scientific research, legal proceedings, or any other use requiring authoritative astronomical data. Underlying libraries are distributed by their authors on an “AS IS” basis, and we mirror that disclaimer for any output derived from them.

AI-assisted content. Some interpretations are produced or refined by large-language-model pipelines. AI output may occasionally be inconsistent, incomplete, or contain inaccuracies; it is offered as a reflection prompt, not as authoritative analysis.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Consciousness LLC, its officers, and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Wyoming.
