Tarot is a 78-card deck used for reflection, not fortune-telling. Think of it as a mirror that asks you better questions than you'd ask yourself.
There are two groups:
- Major Arcana (22 cards) — the big life themes. The archetypes you meet in every life.
- Minor Arcana (56 cards) — the everyday stuff. Four suits, each covering a sphere of life: Wands (drive), Cups (feeling), Swords (thought), Pentacles (material).
What makes a tarot reading "work" isn't magic — it's the honest prompt to look at something you weren't quite ready to name yet.
