Vimshamsa
The Vimshamsa is the diagnostic chart for spiritual life — what kind of practice (sadhana) the soul gravitates toward, which deity-form holds devotion, and how steadily the inner life is sustained. Each 1°30' part is classically associated with a deity (Kali, Gauri, Jaya, Lakshmi, Vidya, Saraswati, and so on), so the D-20 Lagna and the placements of dharma-significators describe the texture of one's natural worship — Shakta, Vaishnava, Shaiva, or contemplative.
